Isn't that a little far fetched? Given then IP blocks are not delegated or
assigned within Australia, no Australian 'authority' would have authority.

This could get completely out of hand... next we'll have them saying what
ethernet addresses you can use... and the SMA stepping in and taxing you for
broadcasting on ethernet 'frequencies'.

In the end, it's not about proper management, it's about control and how
much money that can make from selling nothing. I'm sure Channel 9 really
enjoys paying millions of dollars a year for... erm, gee, air (not that they
get to keep the air, they just to get irradiate it).
