Simon,

Who is in the working group is irrelevant now, discussion has been thrown
open to all and sundry. I am chairing the process which means I'm the guy
who is actually modifying the document. We have sent copies of it the likes
of Tradegate for their comments as well but have no feedback from them as
yet - so currently all the decidion making on this subject is happening in
this list.
