Since I have not heard from Skeeve in a long time, I just wanted to ask
one question about section 7.4.  why are we so concerned about
banking.com.au or beer.com.au or gordon.com.au (2071 i think)?
wouldn't we want to promote lots of activity and competition on
the Internet?  and if profiteers and entrepreneurs paid a bucket and
got themselves a whole lot of names, wouldn't they either sell them
to someone who would use it or something like that? the idea being that
eventually someone would have to promote the site name in online and 
traditional media to drive traffic and recognition?
why are we so scared of free markets (trademarks exempted)?
laugh if you will but this still does not address one of the concerns
people (real people, ie business people) had with the old system...
