Yes, this is useful. It also helps ISP's justify their prices because there
is an obvious price advantage to use an ISP. So the ISP is a winner, the
customer is a winner because they get a lower central fee and value added
services and its better for the Central registrar because their costs are
lowered.

A beautiful win-win-win situation :-)
