It hasn't been set but should be soon. NOIE are working with DNS
stakeholders in Australia to:

1) Define their (different) sector *objectives* for DNS in Australia.
2) Bring stakeholders together to clarify a form of governance
   acceptable to everyone.
3) Tell us to go and fix it upon that basis.

*** They will NOT fix it for us.
*** The government is NOT interested in fixing it for us.
*** WE have to do it, and if we don't, it doesn't get fixed.

So it's time to get *serious*, people. This is our last chance. This
list was set up for constructive discussion. For whatever reasons the
list has been made unworkable by a very small number of people.
Civilised requests, filters, non-replies, etc., simply aren't working.

The list should now become moderated.

I would suggest (though may not be thanked for this) Tony Barry, whose
link list is one of the most sane and civilised on the planet due to
his careful moderation. Tony is on the dns list already, is an ex
ISOC-AU director, and has been involved in Internet issues for many
years.

Tony?
