New website ----------- auDA has a new website. The address is http://www.auda.org.au/ . Here you will find the initial work of the Interim Board, membership details, participation details, an archive of the au Working Group, and much more. New Mailing Lists ----------------- As most of you know, auDA has shutdown the public announcements list used by the .au Working Group on Australian Domain Names, and has invited interested parties across to the DNS list to join in on discussion around the domain name space in Australia. The announcements list is no longer used and people who are still subscribing should unsubscribe and join the DNS list. Details on the DNS list can be found at http://lists.waia.asn.au/list/dns . Objectives of auDA Interim Board -------------------------------- Key interim objectives have now been finalised and are available on the website. Schedule of Dates ----------------- We have developed a list of important dates for auDA. Most important for members is the first Annual General Meeting, schedule for 22 September 1999. Please mark that date in your diaries. The schedule is available on the website. Board meetings -------------- We've had four Board meetings to date and minutes are available on the website for public viewing.
