I assume the Greg Sword that has been appointed to the board is the 
prominent union and Labor Party figure. Dunno if he's dimwit or not.

The government doesn't "appoint" board members, the elected board members 
do, and we should hold them responsible.

I'd be interested in one or more of the elected board members explaining 
what criteria they used for choosing the independent members.

Why not someone with experience in regulating other areas of public trust, 
like a former chair of the ASIC or ACCC, or a former ombudsman?
Why not someone with legal knowledge?
Why not someone that can't be accused of being a political appointee?
Who first proposed the names of Tony Staley and Greg Sword?
