ACCC takes small business directory to court

The owner of COM. AU. REGISTER will have to explain to the Federal Court 
why he faxed small businesses a note that hinted that they had to renew 
their addresses with his company.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is suing Stephen Wayt 
under the fair trading provisions of the Trade Practices Act.
