UDRP DECISION SAYS CRITICISM IS BAD FAITH
The ICANN UDRP process hit a new low with a recent decision
involving reg-vardy.com.  The case involves an angry former
customer of a car dealer who set up a criticism site.  The
panelist ordered the domain transferred, finding that the
site's intention to disrupt the car dealer's business
constituted bad faith.  The arbitrator notes that the UDRP
characterizes disrupting the business of a competitor bad
faith.  While admitting that the registrant is not a
competitor, the panelist simply says that this is bad faith
