Has anyone had trouble tring to redelegate .asn.au's?

I have been tring for over a week to do this and all I get is an
error on the On-Line form.

I have sent 2 emails to connect§west.net.au which is the email listed
on the site for this function and no answer. I am getting worried. I
lose the IP's that the P/DNS server is on, on the 4th of next month
so I lose the domains I have 3 that need changing.

Really starting to get worried.
