Not true... especially in the case for Christian organisations, there
are quite a few groups who do free domain housing, free webservers, free
email etc...  I provide such a service housing quite a few Christian
organisations, and in turn the ISP I colo with provides that colo for
free on the basis it is only for such a use.  I know of several others
who do just the same, Pastornet, Yourweb and so on.
