Hi Harry & Neale Whilst I firmly believe that Chris Disspain acted in good faith in this instance, there are people "out there" who may take advantage of any system. I say that, of course, to flag the idea of "safeguards" without meaning any reflection on Macromedia's mailing activities. It seems to me that policy guidelines need to be clearly defined and (preferably) simple. They also need to be transparent. Chris understands that very well. As Chris has indicated that he "will look into establishing a process to deal with such matters in the future", I am sure your input into the formal process is most valuable. Thank you.
