The main thing is whether it was allowed under the com.au policy
at the time of initial registration.  There are heaps of domains
registered pre 1996 which are prohibited by the current com.au
policy (and have been for over 5 years).

I'm glad to see people thinking about these things.  Hopefully
there will be a lot of thoughtful submissions when auDA sets up
a panel to work out what to do with geographic names.
