Thanks. I am aware of this and looking into it. I already have copies of
the documents to which you refer. However, I think the issue of the MIT
logo and ING fax number is a matter best addressed by MIT.

Name Group.

Note the Melbourne IT logo at the top of the form.

Note the Internet Name Group fax number at the bottom of the form.

Any wonder we have many confused clients calling asking questions
relating 
to the Renewal Advice they have received from "Melbourne IT".

Perhaps Melbourne IT should look at taking action, at the very least to 
prevent Australian consumers being constantly deceived.
