Hi Chris

I think option 3 is the most appropriate.  I think membership of auda should
be required in order to post to the list however i see no reason why any
other individual shouldnt be able to receive but not post.

This would create certain incentives to people who are interested in these
issues to join the organisation which benefits everyone in my opinion.
