     I have just had a "win $1000 by registering - make a name for 
yourself" leaflet posted to my by ING.

Looking over it, it would appear to infringe on NSW, ACT, SA and NT 
gaming and lotto laws (no lotteries permit).

I would suggest that anyone wishing to push this point, who lives in the 
ACT, NSW, NT or SA, and has rec'd a copy of this leaflet, contact their 
local gaming and lotto office, as they are quite interested in receiving 
complaints from consumers in their own state who have received such 
leaflets:

ACT: 132 281 - ask for gaming and racing
NSW: 02 9995 0300, option 2
SA: 08 8226 9755
NT: 08 8999 1800
