Auerbach ICANN Suit Heading To Court In June (from BNA Internet Law

The Los Angeles Superior Court has set June 21st as the date for
hearing ICANN director Karl Auerbach's suit against ICANN for its
failure to provide him with access to its corporate records as
required by California law. The court will hear motions for summary
