I like the statement that they have "recently received a renewal for
your domain".

How does that happen? If they are not a customer of IRA's then Melb IT
isn't going to notify them.

Or do they run a macro over the Aunic database they sucked into Excel
and look for expiry dates? The macro then notifies them that its renewel
time (that's stretching the truth).

I would think that borders on false advertising, but not being a legal
person I have NFI.

Well this email is ok if it's to people who have paid... At least some
of
those people who have fallen into paying the mail notices may get what
they paid for.. not much of a consolation though..
