VeriSign still Slamming, Go Daddy lawsuit says
VeriSign Inc is still sending allegedly "deceptive" direct mail to
customers of rival domain name registrars, despite being enjoined
from doing so with one competitor, a "domain slamming" lawsuit filed
this week by Go Daddy Software Inc.

Plot thickens in anti-spam case
A CHRISTIAN organisation has accused the company behind an anti-spam
lawsuit of using its IP addresses without permission.
The Swan Christian Education Centre claims its IP addresses - unique
four-part numbers used to identify computers on the internet - were
hijacked by Perth-based direct marketing firm T3 Direct.
