ONTARIO COURT PUTS STOP TO CANADIAN.BIZ TRANSFER
An Ontario judge has stopped the transfer of the
Canadian.biz domain, effectively overruling an NAF STOP
decision that awarded the domain to Molson Breweries, which
holds a trademark in the word "Canadian" for beer.  The
judge noted that hundreds of businesses use the word
Canadian in their names.  The decision marks the first time
a court has overturned a dot-biz STOP decision.
