One point of clarification ... the undertaking given by Internet Registry was only to write to people who have paid money to them; not everyone who had received the original mail-out. As far as I'm concerned this outcome is excellent - bearing in mind that auDA had no direct jurisdiction over Internet Registry through it being a registrar or accredited reseller, the result is a significant achievement for auDA and our industry as a whole.
