Ooooooooh... ouch.. that's gotta hurt!

How much did he win the bid for and how much was he trying to sell it
for?

Selling domains is a breach of policy? ANY .au domains? Or just these
auctioned ones?

Not that I am in the domain selling game... but surely you cant stop
people getting around this.
Fine... don't sell a domain name... sell the business name which ones
the domain name... or the shell company... which IS legal... and as a
by-product they get the domain names as owners of the business
entity.... nothing you guys can do about it as far as I am aware.
