Before making this public statment on what happened I rang an confirmed
all steps that are revelant to this with the registrant and their
Technical contact as well. Upon contact with the registrant that used our
services to register in the firstplace they did not recieve an email to
this regard and they are the listed admin contact not us nor were they
aware this was happening.

The email claimed that we could authorise the transfer of this domain name
when under the policies for gTLD trnasfers we clearly can not do so only
being the listed Registration Service Provider. We do not have authority
to confirm such a transfer and will not do so.
Maybe you should be looking at who you are sending these email to and get
the contacts right before such a transfer.
