Well for my two cents I think TPP or whoever has the contract with auDA
should be spoken to and pressure applied to the Registrars who provide
serves to these people to stop such rubbish. If they continue to provide
service to such companies then the registrar should be removed.

They called us today regarding a domain, and the fella said they were
doing 
their registration through either TTP or TPG...not sure as I wasn't

listening to him. :)
