scam targets community groups

Domain Names Australia are now sending out hard copy solicitations for
business to community groups.

The terms at the foot of the page read: I Have read, understood and agree to
the terms and conditions found at www.domainsaustralia.com.au/terms.shtml. I
authorise Domain Names Australia through the domain Registrar with whom it
deals to arrange registration of the above domain (2) for the above fee.
"With whom it deals" ? - The terms on their website are just a vague.

So Registrants are entering into a Registrant Agreement with who exactly ???
No one it seems.

Apparently new Registrars cannot transfer their clients away from Melbourne
IT as the registrants are bound by a Registrant Agreement with Melbourne IT,
and yet somehow this system is allowing a shonky registrar out there to
accept business from a scam company, the resulting outcome being registrants
who have not entered into a Registrant Agreement AT ALL. Where is the logic
in any of this ?????????????????????

Has any action being taken with regards to this latest trading arm of an
obvious scammer?
