Further quick thoughts:


"If" the would-be-Registrant for goldcoasthomes.com.au registered their
business name after the domain name was registered (a real possibility if
the would-be-Registrant hasn't started trading under that name yet, and if
the domain name is a couple of years old) then:


* The would-be-Registrant may be plain dumb - for registering a business
name without first checking whether the domain name was available

* The would-be-Registrant maybe plain malicious - for trying to hijack the
domain name from an existing eligible Registrant, rather than acknowledging
that the would-be-Registrant is the one that did the wrong thing.
