Vic, You've hit the nail right on the head. Price comparison alone is flawed - otherwise Namescout would own the .au market and everyone else would be out of business. McDonald's sets itself apart from it's competition by training staff in it's core principles; Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V*). Registrars and resellers, What are your core principles? Why do your customers choose you over the rest?
