I believe the procedure is still something like this:
(1) make sure that the new DNS servers are working properly for the domain.
(2) send email to hostmaster§munnari.oz.au, including all the details
(eg: fully qualified domain name, the names of the DNS servers,
IP addresses of DNS servers whose names are in the domain if any).
(3) wait patiently, and periodically check to ensure that your DNS
servers are still working and returning the right answers, and
whether the oz.au DNS zone has your new DNS servers.
(4) if a month or two passes with no response and no change to
the name servers for your domain on munnari.oz.au, then send
a reminder to hostmaster§munnari.oz.au. I suggest you keep
the reminder short (like 10 lines of ascii text) but include
the domain and new DNS servers in case the original was lost.
