I have checked the site and found nothing. These are questions relevant to
all members. Click delete if you are not interested. Perhaps someone knows
the answers - what about the Directors?

James,

I obviously have no idea, why don't you read the minutes from the meetings
and have a search on the auDA site. then if you don't get the info your
after, email auDA direct. It seems like you are casting aspersions (AGAIN)
in an attempt to get others in the list to be suspicious of auDA's
actions. Maybe you should try another angle, because you are not
convincing me.

Why is Craig Ny of Maddocks a Director of this new Trust Company? He
isn't
even elected by members?

Will this create a conflict of interest when the review of legal services
takes place. After all the Trust company will have quite a bit of swing
when it comes to expenditure?

What are the constitutional implications of formation of this subsidiary?
