ok, so it's not spam.

What is happening to Explorer as a result of this?

It has been performed in bad faith, which is the core of this issue, can
noone do anything to stop this?

They are not fake passwords, they actually work, we have just checked,

These are .net.au domain names that were registered by DNA on behalf of
consumers who faxed their .net.au unregistered letters

However what is strange is that fact that the registrant details are
identical to the .com.au version of this name?

Example would be totalec.com.au and totalec.net.au,

it seems that they are taking the whois data and creating new tech/admin
handles without authority.
