I think James' main offence was his style of delivery,
i.e. the content of his character, not the content of his message.

I beleive this is a discussion list, which should be approached with a
friendly overtone.

e.g. Hi all, my problem is this, explain prob yadda yadda, any ideas /
suggestions / share experience please.

E.g.

Correct way to deliver:

Hi, my name is sean.

John stole my lunch, so now I have no sandwiches to eat,

Does anyone know how I should go about getting more sandwhiches, is there an
alternative style of food i could eat, e.g. TOFU, OR
has anyone else had experience with John stealing their lunch before, and
should we smack him for it.


E.G. The Incorrect way to deliver to this list.

JOHN STOLE MY LUNCH!
MUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EVERYONE, JOHNS EATING MY SANDWICH!

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

HE SHOULD GET HIS OWN SANDWICH, SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

I have tried to illustrate it with humour, but my point still stands sound.
