The text you have quoted is from an email sent ONLY to direct retail 
clients of Enetica. We take great care not to direct marketing to our 
resellers' clients, but there is no reason we should not try to market 
such services to our direct clients.

Can you explain in what way you consider the email we sent to be spam?
