You can register multiples if you want... its up to you to determine how you use them, etc. Of course, there's no point registering them unless you intend using them - but other than that, there aren't any volume retsrictions I'm aware of. A lot of people seem to be getting more than one though - a group one for their family and a personal one for themselves.
