domain name industry's new business which is outside the domain name

It has been reported that Brad Norrish has started another new business
called "Employment Protection Australia Pty Ltd" (108 083 530) only
registered with ASIC on February 20, 2004.

The private company "Employment Protection Australia Pty Ltd"
(http://www.employmentprotection.com.au/) should not be confused with the
official Western Australian government "Department of Consumer and
Employment Protection" (http://www.docep.wa.gov.au/) [*].

Employment Protection Australia Pty Ltd apparently sent out an official
looking letter to Western Australian businesses last week:

To The Manager,

It is now REQUIRED by law that all employers and workplaces have an
Occupational Safety and Health compliant first aid supply.

Under section 3.12(2) of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations Act
1996 as amended all workplace environments must have equipped on their
premises the comprehensive first aid materials that comply with the
legislation. These must be made accessible to all staff members at all
times. Failure to comply may lead to fines of up to $25,000.

We strongly advise you purchase the comprehensive "Place of Employment First
Aid Supply". It has been specially designed for the workplace in accordance
with the First Aid Facilities and Services Code of Practise pursuant to
section 57 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It contains the
supplies required in case of emergency or accident including easy to follow
instruction and method cards and first aid manual explaining the procedures
that should be taken in case of emergency.

In addition to infringement of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1996
as amended, failure to have the adequate supplies could result in a finding
of negligence in the event of an accident or emergency.

The possible consequences on insurance policies held and/or potential
compensation claims against you or your organisation should also be
considered.

Receive your Place of Employment First Aid Supply by returning the order
section below with payment of $259 GST inclusive today. This ensures that
you comply with the government legislation and protect yourself, your
employees and visitors to your premises.

A tax invoice will be provided by return mail.
For any queries please call 1800 268 278.

letter refers to is available here:

Code of Practice: First Aid, Workplace Amenities and P.P.E
(http://www.safetyline.wa.gov.au/pagebin/codewswa0229.htm)

The relevant sections of the code are:

should also be able to protect the contents from dust, moisture and
contamination. The first aid box should be kept securely closed to ensure
its contents are kept clean and dry. The first aid box should contain basic
requirements and additional items appropriate to the workplace. A guide to
determining the contents of a first aid box is at Appendix 3.

I am not aware of any information which suggests that Employment Protection
Australia Pty Ltd does not provide a bona fide first aid product.
