I have had several of these come through in various forms. They are a variant form of phishing. Some are not related to web hosting, one was for a wide-screen TV. The whole point, I believe, is to lead you to the website on the link so that they can attempt to download a nasty onto your computer. Best way to handle it is to delete it and watch your credit card statement. NEVER click on the link.
