I was seeing the errors Adrian saw at
	http://www.ausregistry.com.au/whois.php

I was also seeing slow response on port 43 at whois.ausregistry.net.au.

But both issues seem to be fixed now.

Is there any better place than the DNS list for finding out about
unplanned outages of AusRegistry?  (I mean for services accessible
to the general public like AusRegistry DNS servers, whois servers
and web pages - I am not thinking of EPP/registrar interfaces.)

AusRegistry have a web page for planned outages, but I can't see
anything for unplanned outages.
