	If this is the only way they accept payment, then,

	It is not just unacceptable, it is
	contrary to the Trade Practices Act. (1974)    
	and against federal law.

	You have been given the right by the Commonwealth
	to proceed to walk down to Melbourne I.T. and 
	pay them cash. They are compelled to accept it.

	Apart from that, they don't have to offer any 
	other scheme. 

	If they don't, well, we all know what we think
	of them anyway.
