The current premise is that all new DNAs will be handling all ADNA 2LDs
which will at least include .com.au. If there are new, less popular ones,
they will be added to the 2LDs DNAs handle. So if it currently takes 5
people to run .com.au, it will stil take at least 1 per DNA to handle all
ADNA 2LDs.
