Hi Josh,

I have just got off the phone from INA, who quite clearly couldn't care less
about this alledged missrepresentation - The advice from INA was to the
effect that the company "Internet Name Protection" is a channel partner of
INA, and as such INA still profit from their activities. They did not offer
any advice nor appear concerned about the activity.

I am awaiting a response from the Police, and it would certainly be
appreciated if you could forward contact details for the ACCC.

What annoys me most, is that apart from operating honestly and within legal
paramaters, we also run our business with a certain degree of ethics. I do
not believe this is ethical behaviour.
