auDA submitted to the industry a call for tender was was a detailed 3 
part document from memory. auDA took the best option from those who 
bothered to submit the tender, it was an open tender arrangement and 
there were no alternatives to those submitted the response. I could 
understand your point if you'd submitted a better alternative as part 
of the tender process and flet subsequently that auDA made a wrong 
decision, but tell me Scott did you in fact a) register interest 
prior to the call for tender b) submit a tender ?? If not I can't 
really see why you're bothering to argue now after the fact.
