How many people have complained to the ACCC?  Perhaps the ACCC have not
seen enough complaints yet to make investigation of this a priority.

I would imagine the ACCC are used to dealing with dodgy business practices.
You don't need to know much about domain names to decide whether something
like this is misleading and deceptive conduct.
