The Wait Continues For New Top-Level Domains
NeuLevel Inc., which has been appointed the exclusive registry
operator for the .BIZ top-level domain (TLD) by the Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), Thursday said
that the .BIZ Registry will not go live until Wednesday, Nov. 7. The
new TLD was previously scheduled to become effective on Oct. 23.

Firm Hoisted By Own Misspelling Petard In Domain Dispute
A retailer who regularly misspells the name of its own product in
order to squeeze it into an easy-to-remember telephone number has
failed in a bid to unseat an alleged "typo squatter" from the
Internet domain Matress.com.
