The New Delhi High Court has issued India's first permanent
injunction against a cybersquatter, ordering the registrant

SMALL CCTLD LOSING INTEREST
Wired runs a story on some of the smallest ccTLDs, including
dot-hm, dot-bv, and dot-sj.  Administrators for these TLDs,
