It seems to me that ING are performing a useful service as an excellent
example of exactly what the Code of Conduct needs to deal with, and what
sort of teeth will be needed to be able to actually enforce it,  Without
such, we'd have to invent imaginary scenarios of how low some concerns
might stoop, and we're naturally a bit reluctant to assume the worst ..
