Thanks Kim

An interesting public policy issue.

On the one hand it appears that auDA and the industry wishes and
expects openess, transparency and accountability, on the other this
appears unachievable because of the risks of legal liability for auDA.

Is this a reasonable summation, or is there a better way of putting
it?

There appears to be no simple solution.
