I would like auDA to state their position on an
express submit service. Would it not be in
contradiction to the first come first served policy.

I can understand that it would work if each registrar
only accepted one application for each domain, then
the race would be on to register with ausregistry.
However if two people apply for a domain with the same
registrar (I would assume they would with all the
publicity) then how can a registrar elevate a fee
paying customer above a normal customer assuming the
normal customer applied first. First come first
served.

I would have thought that the registrars would simply
be happy with the business:)

Ruling please auDA
