The reseller fee is paid by the registrar to auDA, as part of the auDA
registrar agreement.  It is a contractual matter how the registrar passes on
this fee to a reseller.

The auDA fee is $250 for the first time a reseller signs with a registrar,
and $25 for each additional time a reseller signs with a different
registrar.
