national competition of chance for $10,000 cash without having competition
permits in every state?

I'm not trying to beat up on them but it doesn't reflect well on the
legitamcy of whole domain/internet industry if companies within the industry
do not take the correct action with regards to fair trading laws and
maketing practices. It's just getting tiresome.
