so this would allow you to transfer a registrant without the registrant responding
to the transfer email would it not? how many such transfers have you initiated?


"Renewal of your domain is important and recommendation is made that at least
90 days before expiry of domain, you should renew." 
isnt it that domains cant be registered prior to 90 days to renewal?

"Renewal notices are not Tax invoices and are only offers to renew." renewal notice
is only an offer? have you read the code of conduct or do you think you are above it all?

"You give authority to retrieve your details and make any updates necessary to complete your renewal"
