auda does not have the resources to police 100 registrars. each
level has to have its own value add. resellers should provide a different
value then registrars who check compliance, manage renewal dates and provide
interfaces for individuals/resellers. field numerous phone calls and are even
required to deal with non-client disputes.

how would you as a reseller like to be forced to deal with non-client disputes for free?
